The following exercises will help you achieve optimal success with your chiropractic care and the Pettibon system.

We are in the process of making our own videos but found these videos from "Active Life Health and Wellness" in North Las Vegas to be very informative and helpful.

These videos work best with existing patients

The follwoing videos will take you through the Spinal Molding excercises starting with Beginning excersizes and ending with Advanced videos.

A stretch that is reccomended in the videos listed above are Turtle neck tractions, they are designed to strengthen your neck muscles so the process of correcting the spine can be sped up.
 
You will benefit the most by doing five second holds, ten repetitions a day.
